Who We Are
Save the Children Action Network (SCAN) is Save the Children’s political advocacy arm, created in 2014 to be the political voice for kids. Through a combination of grassroots activism, compelling messaging and candidate engagement, we build relationships with policymakers to increase investments in expanding access to early childhood education, preventing child hunger in the U.S and globally and protecting children around the world from harm in times of crisis.
What We Do
Today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders — but why wait to make change? SCAN’s youth advocates are already building a better future for children. At the University of New Hampshire, SCAN is represented through the student organization SCAN UNH.
