Who We Are
The Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) manages protective programs on behalf of New Hampshire's children and youth and their families.
What We Do
The DCYF Community Connection Program pairs youth ages 14 and older who are in DCYF foster care with a caring adult mentor who helps them celebrate successes, navigate challenges, and create the future they want.
